What:

Join us for a creative workshop where you get to explore a seasonal set up in our own home so that you leave feeling inspired & equipped to make your own home special for the Easter holiday or any other special occasion. This workshop is for anyone who would like to learn how to use a mix of materials to build a beautiful interior display as well as understanding how to adapt an idea to work within any home.

 

When:

The workshop will be held on Saturday 5th April from 10am - 2/3pm.

The session is split into two parts and includes a simple Scandi brunch at half time.

The morning session

You will arrive at the front of our home and go straight into the large ground floor room which will be staged in all things Easter including a fireplace display, a side board frieze and a full table scape. The room might not have been renovated yet but that doesn't take away from it being a beautiful setting for you to draw inspiration for your own home. Think faded grandeur meets vintage scandi.

DIY Demo's

Whilst in the room full of Seasonal displays, I will walk you through a number of demonstrations where you get to document materials and techniques, detailing how to create your own displays at home. It will be a free flowing exercise so feel free to ask me a million questions.

A Scandi brunch

We will serve a simple scandi brunch at half time, expect fresh locally sourced food.

Make your Own

After lunch we will head to the basement where you get to make your own Spring planter. The best bit is you get to take it home and enjoy it as part of your own Easter holiday table scape. All materials are included and I will be there to ensure you make something truly special.

Something sweet

It wouldn't be a RESINN event without something sweet baked by The Northern Bistro. We will serve Fika throughout the 2nd part of the workshop to keep your creative juices flowing.
